Since 2017 We Can Talk has transformed the practice of more than 30,000 hospital staff.

Now, we are scaling our solution to meet the increasing needs of the acute care workforce and those attending hospital due to their mental health.

In 2025 we are introducing a one hour, self-directed e-learning suitable for staff working with patients of all ages, who attend hospital due to their mental health. To scale our impact, we need to work directly with every acute hospital trust in England to ensure all staff (clinical and non-clinical), volunteers, students and non-trust services (e.g. security, domestic) can access our award winning mental health e-learning to improve knowledge, skills and confidence.

We need your help to ensure that key leaders in every NHS trust understand the opportunity and the urgency to improve the experience of staff and patients in this critical area of care.
