We Can Talk Challenge

Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

 

1.1. This offer is valid only for individuals who received the promotional email inviting them to participate in the We Can Talk Challenge (‘The Challenge’).

1.2. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be shared or redeemed by any other individual.

 

2. Participation

 

2.1. To participate in The Challenge, you do not need to register separately. If you received the promotional email and complete the We Can Talk Core Curriculum training by the deadline stated in the email, you will automatically be eligible for the reward.

2.2. Everyone who receives this email directly and successfully completes the Core Curriculum training before the stated deadline in the email will receive a £6 Costa Coffee eGift Card within ten working days.

2.3. Participants must complete the We Can Talk Core Curriculum training by midnight on the closing date listed in the promotional email to successfully complete The Challenge and qualify for the reward.

2.4. A confirmation email will not be issued upon starting The Challenge, but participants will receive additional reminder emails encouraging them to complete the training before the deadline.

 

3. Challenge Requirements

 

3.1. To qualify for the Costa Coffee eGift Card, participants must complete the following modules that form the We Can Talk Core Curriculum:

   – Introduction

   – We Can Talk: Your Role

   – We Can Talk: Mental Health

   – We Can Talk: Understanding

   – We Can Talk: Experience

   – We Can Talk: Elephant in the Room

   – Conclusion

3.2. Completion of any other training modules on the platform, including “We Can Talk: Ambulance” and “We Can Talk: Fundamentals of Compassionate Care,” will not count toward fulfilling the requirements of the Challenge.

3.3. Participants may only complete the We Can Talk Core Curriculum once as part of The Challenge. If you have already completed the Core Curriculum prior to receiving this challenge email, you are not eligible to participate.

 

4. Incentive Fulfillment

 

4.1. Participants who successfully complete all required modules within the specified timeframe will receive a £6 Costa Coffee eGift Card.

4.2. The Costa Coffee eGift Card will be sent to the email address that received the original challenge invitation within 10 working days of completing the Core Curriculum.

4.3. Only one Costa Coffee eGift Card will be issued per participant, regardless of how many times the training is completed.

4.4. This incentive is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Costa Coffee. The eGift Cards are independently purchased by We Can Talk for use as part of The Challenge. Costa Coffee has no involvement in the design, execution, or management of the We Can Talk Challenge.

 

5. Costa Coffee eGift Card Terms

 

5.1. The Costa Coffee eGift Card can be used at participating Costa Coffee stores in England, Scotland, and Wales (excluding Northern Ireland).  You are not able to use the Costa Gift card and eGift at Costa Express locations and in Northern Ireland.

5.2. The eGift Card codes are valid for 12 months from the date of activation or the last date of use.

5.3. The eGift Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. General Terms

 

6.1. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they complete all required modules by the stated deadline. No additional confirmation of participation will be provided before The Challenge deadline.

6.2. The We Can Talk team reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and completion of training before issuing the Costa Coffee eGift Card.

6.3. This challenge may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, and no liability will be accepted for changes or cancellations.

6.4. The We Can Talk team is not responsible for technical issues, including email delivery problems or website downtime, which may prevent participants from completing the training or receiving their Costa Coffee eGift Card.

6.5. By participating in The Challenge, you agree to these terms and conditions.
